In many peculiar and interesting ways Cartesiano – U.W.C. and Puebla are much alike; and it is no curiosity that within its walls coexist an essence of pleasant harmony and reception. Throughout our history, we, the people of Puebla, have been pioneers in Mexican traditions and culture; it is enough visiting its historical precincts to admire its passages through history, its imposing scenery, as well as the outline of the new chapters to come. And moreover, it is precisely at this point where Puebla and its infinite cultural content along its first square, come to life as it preserves a collection of religious and urban buildings and spots that reconnect us immediately with tradition and its historical characters; or simply enjoying its aromas, flavors and recipes that are transmitted from generation to generation, is a delight! Sometimes, I describe Puebla as the place where every day seems to be Sunday, so much color, so much joy.
