Rates expressed in U.S. Dollars (USD) at a fixed exchange rate of 16.50 MXN per 1 USD (this may vary depending on the exchange rate at the time of booking/paying for a service).
Rates shown may include discounts determined by CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL. Discounts are applied on the standard rate for stays as determined and provided by CARTESIANO (applicable taxes and fees not included).
Prices quoted are per stay and do not include extra charges or consumptions in restaurant Dining Room 360 or SPA.
Restriction periods and a minimum length of stay at CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL may apply. No-shows on the first day of the reserved period will result in forfeiture of occupancy. There is no refund for cancellation. See cancellation policies.
Prices are updated on a regular basis and correspond to the time of publication.
The promotion is personal, non-transferable and has no commercial value, so it cannot be redeemed for cash or other benefit. It may not be used in combination with other promotions of CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL or third parties.

Cancellation Policy
All European Plan, Wellness Rooms and Meal Plan reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card number at the time of booking; reservations will not be accepted without any guarantee. Reservations must be cancelled or modified at least 48 hours prior to the day of arrival, as no-shows will be charged for the first night.
In case of groups, 72 hours prior to arrival will be required for cancellations.
Facilities and services
In the case of using the parking service, CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL declines all responsibility in case of fire, loss, theft or damage from any cause. Likewise, CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL declines all responsibility for damages resulting from defective or bad brakes. In case of loss, the declaration must be presented before the vehicle leaves the parking lot. CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL cannot be held responsible for objects left inside the vehicle.
The official languages of CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL are Spanish and English. Should you require translation into any other language during your stay, please inform us in advance at an additional cost.
Wellness Area Regulations
Treatments and services included in your program booked prior to your arrival are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for other treatments or services. Only those treatments and services that are contraindicated by our medical team may be substituted.
The cancellation and/or modification of those treatments and services that can be cancelled and/or modified, must be requested before 48 hours of the previous day, always subject to availability, at the Reception of CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL. If the service is not cancelled within the established schedule, it will be considered as performed.
Any extra treatment or service not included in your program will be charged to your account.
Should you require medical or nursing services outside the regular schedule of the CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL, these will always be considered extra and charged to your account.
In case you require hospital or medical care outside CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL, we will provide you with such assistance in a public or private hospital or clinic, according to your choice. All expenses incurred in your recovery or relief will always be at your expense, as well as the transfer by ambulance or other means if necessary.
The treatments offered by CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL, can only be performed after signing an informed consent.
Punctuality in appointments, treatments, services or medical consultations will be mandatory, ending the service at the scheduled time even if it has started late due to the guest’s delay.
Only minors under 16 years of age may be treated and must have the express authorization of their parents and/or guardians.
Dress code and coexistence
Nudism is prohibited in all common areas of CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL.
Casual dress is permitted throughout the day.
For your well-being and that of other guests, smoking is not permitted in CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL areas. Likewise, all our rooms are smoke-free, so if our staff finds evidence of smoking in your room, you will be charged a fee of USD 300 for cleaning, odor removal or any damage to the furniture. In case of damage to the facilities, a valuation will be made and a charge will be made.
Silence and tranquility are essential values at CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL: in order to enjoy them, please keep noise levels to a minimum.
If you use television or music, please choose a volume that is audible only in your room. For the full enjoyment of your program, we suggest that you keep your mobile devices in the safety deposit box in your room. The use of headphones is mandatory for the use of tablet devices and/or music players if necessary.
In order to maintain an atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility, the minimum age for admission to CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL is 16 years old, as long as they are accompanied by their parents and/or guardians and have a polite and respectful behavior.
Pets are not allowed in CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL.
Reservation policy by Covid 19
The reservation and change policy has been relaxed to facilitate any change or rescheduling of the guest’s stay:
If symptoms of Covid-19 have been detected, the reservation is allowed to be changed without penalty. The new reservation date must be a minimum of 90 days after the original reservation date, and up to 12 months after the original reservation date.
If the dates of stay have already been modified once, and unless there is a force majeure cause, any successive cancellation will incur cancellation fees, for the full amount of the deposit initially paid (50% of the reservation).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The purpose of this instrument is to regulate the access and/or use of the CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL facilities by you. The provision of services by CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL to you, entails the express acceptance of this document, acknowledging from that moment that you have read it in its entirety and it is your desire to establish a contractual relationship with CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL and be bound as set forth below.
1. USE OF FACILITIES
CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and other related entities, and each of their officers, directors, agents and employees shall not be held responsible for any personal property brought onto the premises, nor for any loss, theft or misplacement thereof, and you shall be solely responsible for the safekeeping thereof. CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL shall not be responsible for the security of any of the aforementioned goods. CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL will not be responsible for breakdowns, failures, delays or difficulties in telephones, electrical and electronic devices, the network, internet, computers or computer components or computer programs that enter the facilities.
Furthermore, CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and other related entities, and each of their officers, directors, agents and employees shall not be held liable for any erroneous or inaccurate capture of information, whether caused by you, or programming associated with, or by any technical or human error that may occur during the processing of information related to your instance at CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL.
You further expressly agree that CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL and its affiliates, subsidiaries and other related entities including each of their officers, directors, agents and employees shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any damages, losses or injury from the interception or use of credit card information that is related to your reservation at any time. CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL shall also not be responsible or liable in any way for any damages, losses, claims or injury related to or resulting from the reservation mechanism, whether or not operating on computers or networks used by the individual capturing information or communicating with such computers or networks within CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL’s premises.
2. SERVICES
The services provided by CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL will only be those included and detailed in your reservation confirmation. In no case shall it be understood that the services include medical care services, therefore, in case of requiring them, you acknowledge and agree that you must go directly to the nearest medical care facility to your location.
Likewise, if you wish additional services to those actually contracted, you must request them to the corresponding CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL team members in order to manage the updating of such services. CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL expressly reserves the right to accept or reject the additional services that are requested, either because you do not meet the profile, because there are not enough places or other causes at the discretion of CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL.
3.CHECK-IN AND REGISTRATION
CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any request to enter its facilities from any person, as well as to request or force the departure of any person who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Your registration will be free and will be made through the CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL website or by telephone, expressly accepting the Privacy Notice and Legal Notice of CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL: www.cartesiano360.com.
At the moment of registration or when accessing the CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL facilities, you are obliged to observe the following requirements and obligations: (i) provide at all times your accurate and complete personal data; (ii) keep your information updated; (iii) be responsible for the safekeeping and conservation of your material goods, access credentials and information; (iv) give immediate notice to the corresponding persons in case of an accident or medical emergency; (v) comply with the applicable legislation and regulations for the use of the Services.
4. PAYMENTS
Once your stay has started and in the case of unforeseen departure before the end of the contracted stay, there will be no refund, partial refund or refund of the days not enjoyed of your stay. If the reason for cancellation is covered by the conditions of a cancellation insurance, you may perhaps claim the cancellation fees from your insurance company, but never from CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL.
In the event that CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL cancels the stay for reasons not attributable to you, we will offer you to accept a new offer or a direct refund of the amount paid by you in relation to the cancelled stay. In this case you will not be able to claim any compensation.
5. LIABILITY
All experiences and accommodations are at your own risk. It is your own responsibility to seek medical advice in order to analyze potential risks to your health before participating in the program and CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL is not responsible, at any time, for any damage to your health caused during or after your stay at the CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL facilities.
If you have chosen a package or experience that includes physical activities having health problems, you are asked to check with your doctor if your physical and health condition allows you to participate in the classes or any other physical activity organized for you. In any case, responsible instructors may be required to make changes to the structure of your experience, treatment or classes due to client limitations.
If the experience is supervised by a physician or nutritionist, the physician/nutritionist will always have the final decision on the treatments and diet included in your experience or package. If the doctor/nutritionist sees the need to change the content of your package or experience according to your health condition, or is of the opinion that it is irresponsible for you to continue, this decision will be final and no claims can be made. In the event that the doctor/nutritionist perceives that your safety is at risk due to physical and/or mental reasons, those responsible for the package or experience may decide if you are forced to stop the activities.
In some programs, packages and experiences it is required to fill out a health questionnaire prior to arrival at least 5 working days prior to arrival so that the responsible people have enough time to prepare your activity/s and if applicable, you are solely responsible for the information provided in the questionnaire. For your own safety and well-being, every client must fill out the questionnaire honestly. In case of any omitted or incorrect information, the responsible persons will have the right to terminate the contract and the client will have to leave early without being able to claim any refund or compensation.
In case of discomfort or injury during the activity the participant must consult immediately with the staff, the CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL will not be responsible in any reason for any damage or tort that could be caused by not giving timely notice.
If you endanger your safety and that of others during your stay, those in charge may force you to terminate your activity early. This will not entitle you to reimbursement or compensation.
You agree to confirm the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided, considering null and void any contract in which you have provided false information. In the cases in which you have made a reservation with false information, you will be responsible for the processing and operational costs generated by your reservation.
6. INSURANCE
You need your own major and minor medical insurance to enter the CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL facilities.
CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL does not offer medical, travel or cancellation insurance. If you book a health program that includes physical activity it is highly recommended to have personal accident insurance. CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL will not be responsible for any damages you may incur during your stay.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
No general or specific condition communicated by you may be integrated to the present terms and conditions.
You may not hold CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL liable for any actions, proceedings, losses, claims, expenses, damages or liabilities arising out of or resulting from the provision of the services offered by CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL.
8. GUARANTEE AT CHECK-IN
At check-in, a credit card number of which you must be the holder or a cash equivalent of 100 USD will be requested to guarantee all consumptions or products you may order during your stay that are not included in your stay or program at CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL, as well as the value of any bills that may be outstanding. It will be refunded upon departure if there are no additional charges.
9. CANCELLATION POLICIES
All European Plan and Meal Plan reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card number at the time of booking; reservations will not be accepted without any guarantee. Reservations must be cancelled or modified at least 48 hours prior to the day of arrival, as no-shows will be charged for the first night.
In case of groups, 72 hours prior to arrival will be required for cancellations.
10. FACILITIES AND SERVICES
10.1. In the case of using the parking and valet parking service, it has no additional cost, and CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL declines all responsibility in case of fire, loss, theft or damage for any cause. Likewise, CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL declines all responsibility for damages resulting from defective or bad brakes. In case of loss, the declaration must be presented before the vehicle leaves the parking lot. Likewise, CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL cannot be held responsible for valuables deposited or left inside the vehicle and which have not been declared.
10.2. The guest must give a moderate and rational use to the furniture, bedding and room facilities and may not damage or destroy them; in case of damage (burns, tears, rips); stains (wine, food, makeup/tanning, inks, dyes, blood, shoe grease, vomit, feces), nor may re-decorate the room. In case of misuse, damage or destruction by the guest, the guest shall pay 75% of the value of the damaged, stained or destroyed, according to the price list available at the Hotel Administration.
10.3. CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL is not responsible for any loss that the guest may suffer in money and valuables that are not deposited in the safety deposit box that exists for this purpose in the rooms.
10.4. For your well-being and that of other guests, smoking is permitted in the designated areas of the CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL. Also, all our rooms are smoke-free, so if our staff finds signs of smoking in your room, you will be charged a fee of 150 USD for cleaning, odor removal or any damage to the furnishings. In case of damage to the facilities, an assessment will be made and a charge will be made.
10.5. Pets are not allowed.
10.6. It is forbidden for guests to disturb order or cause disturbance to other guests inside CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL, as well as to cause scandals, provoke fights, play loud music, etc.
11. VISITORS
No visitor is allowed access to the room areas unless previously registered as an “additional person” with the consent of the owner or the occupants of the room already registered.
12. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
Objects and valuables forgotten by a guest shall remain in custody for a period of ninety days and valuables for one hundred and eighty days. At the end of these periods and in the absence of a claim, CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL shall not be held responsible for forgotten objects or valuables.
In accordance with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, the Regulations of the Law and the Privacy Notice Guidelines, among other applicable provisions in force in the United Mexican States, as well as international standards on the protection of personal data, we make available to the holder of personal data the following.
INTEGRAL PRIVACY NOTICE
TURISMO GOURMET S.A.P.I DE C.V., informs the owners that the personal data to be treated, will be handled confidentially, limiting its use to the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. Also, the databases of TURISMO GOURMET S.A.P.I DE C.V where the Personal Data of customers are contained only be operated by authorized personnel TURISMO GOURMET S.A.P.I DE C.V, whose functions are regulated by the internal policies of the company. Billing data: Company name, address, city, RFC, e-mail.
Service data: Arrival date, departure date, room number, license plate number, vehicle make and model.
Health Data: Conditions (services and medical attention).
Agreement data: Contact name, position, company, line of business, address, city, country, e-mail, company name.

Students
Who perform professional practices in the company, the mandatory data are:
Name, enrollment, name of the study plan or subject, name of the educational institution, autographic signature.
Employees.
Mandatory data: Name(s), paternal and maternal surname, address (street, outside number, inside number, neighborhood, zip code), nationality, INE (photo and folio) date of birth, place of birth, sex, height, marital status, CURP, RFC, autograph signature, fingerprint, video surveillance images and health status (conditions) general blood test or blood chemistry.
Optional data: Last studies, Certificate of Studies or Professional License Number, Telephone, Cellular, Email Account, Age, Photo, INFONAVIT Credit Number, FONACOT Credit Number, Bank Account Number for Payroll, License Type, License Number, License Expiration Date, Social Security Number and Work Experience.
Employment Data: Bank Payroll Account Number and Salary.
Labor reference: Employee’s behavior, reason for separation from previous employment, position held, time worked in the company, last salary earned, relationship with colleagues, name of the company for which he/she worked, name of the Human Resources Manager in the previous company.
Personal reference: Name of the reference, relationship, telephone number and persons with whom the employee lives.
Health data: Health status (only for those who work in food areas).
Documents submitted for verification: Birth certificate, proof of address, proof of studies, official identification, driver’s license, CURP, IMSS, RFC, medical certificate, proof of non-credit or statement of account INFONAVIT and FONACOT.
Of the suppliers (individuals and companies) with whom a commercial or professional relationship is maintained for the primary purposes, are the minimum established by other laws of the Mexican State, so they will not be considered as personal data, according to Article 5 of the Regulations of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
The images taken by the video surveillance circuit, are only available to the general manager of the hotel and the authorities in matters of administration and prosecution of justice that require it by means of an official mandate within a period not exceeding 10 calendar days from the date of the shots provided the

Sensitive personal data processed
CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL does not process sensitive personal data of its customers at the time of registration unless the customer has a medical condition and it is necessary to consult the CARTESIANO BOUTIQUE & WELLNESS HOTEL’s doctor and/or for the treatment and use of the SPA, we also collect health data from our employees at the time of hiring to know of any chronic condition of which the company should know in case of any extraordinary situation of which we have to take special attention and that we are required by any authority in case of a pandemic or other situations.
Of the data collected from customers for primary purposes, are considered sensitive health data: ailments, allergies and any other data that is necessary for their care.
Of the data collected from employees for primary purposes, are considered sensitive health data: health status (diseases) and blood results.
In order to comply with the legislation and authorities in health matters, we will perform periodic examinations to its staff that are relevant or determined by the competent authorities, for the prevention and control of diseases, whose results will be collected and stored in the personnel file, adopting all security measures for their safekeeping.
HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
The data processed for commercial purposes are kept active as long as the interested party does not revoke his consent or request their deletion or in any case the contracted service has been concluded in its entirety, as well as in any case, during the periods provided for in the applicable legal provisions and for the time necessary to meet possible liabilities arising from the processing of the same.
